Returns/Exchange
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge subjected to availability of the reverse pickup service by our logistics partner in your area pin-code.
Shipping charges , COD charges ( if paid at the time of purchasing ) are non refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds on SALE items
Any items purchased during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free} or any such promotions where in free products are included, or products purchased under deal of the hour , Deal of the day or any special promotions , such orders will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 3-4 working for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
