Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a generous 07-day window from the date of delivery for you to initiate a return or exchange. Whether you've changed your mind, we're here to assist you.

Returning an item with us is simple. Just log into your account, navigate to the Order History section, and select the product you wish to return or exchange. The steps, ensuring a smooth and quick process or simply contact us.

We offer options for returns:

  • Coupon Refund: You can opt for a coupon refund, incurring no additional charges.
  • Bank Refund: If you choose a bank refund, please note that shipping charges for both forward and reverse logistics will be deducted from the refund amount.
  1. Exchange Option

Changed your mind about the shirt's color or size? No worries! We offer free exchanges, so you can effortlessly get the right fit and style. Once your return is processed, we'll promptly dispatch the exchange item, ensuring you receive your preferred choice without any additional costs.

  • Product Exchange: This service is provided at no extra cost. You can exchange the product for a different item.
  1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item should be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unused or unworn.
  • All tags should be intact.
  • The original packaging should be preserved.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  1. Refunds for Sale Items

Kindly note that items purchased during specific promotions like BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) sales or deals such as "Deal of the Hour" and "Deal of the Day" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This policy also applies to items received as part of such promotions.

  1. Damages and Defects

Upon receiving your order, we recommend carefully inspecting the items. If you notice any defects, damages, or if an incorrect item has been delivered, please contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the issue and take appropriate corrective measures.

  1. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and complete the necessary checks, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow us time for the refund to reflect in your account.

  1. Quality Assurance

Before shipping, each shirt undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we request you to inform us within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll replace it at no extra cost.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we regretfully cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
